  Though Callie went for the high road by just confronting Izzie with her plea to let her have her husband, I definitely agree that more will happen between them.   If George continues to stick to his relationship with Callie, and they really try to have a baby, will this end up making George crack and finally realize what a mess he's in and want to bail, or will he just keep pushing to make himself believe it's right with Callie?   There's got to at least be flirtation between Derek and Lexi, but would he really try anything with her knowing she's related to Meredith? Though he's probably upset about their break up, that'd be pretty immature to use Lexi to make Meredith mad or to just not care how Mer would feel about it.
