Ok, that clip of Derek and Cristina...priceless. Hilarious. Best one of all...lol. I'm actually excited for Mary's character. She seems very interesting. Sadie? eh...I'll wait and see but death? Isn't there a better nickname?
Oh, and I love, love, the testosterone clashes between Mark/Derek and Hunt. They are gonna kick some ass :).

I LOVE that crazy doc Dixon, she is something new and fresh in the series and normally, I don't like new Docs in GA, but I really like her :D
But I gotta say is SO hate Sadie, she totally gets between Mer and Cristina and I LOVE Cristina and her friendship with Mer, c'mon, they're each others person, screw you Sadie -.-
Please Shonda, don't do this to the show, I neeeeed Mer and Cristina!!!

Ok....this show is starting to make no sense at all. Where are all these characters coming from all of a sudden? A "best" friend we've never heard of, a crazy doctor who likes to quote dates...Shonda is fucking up bad. She lets too many storylines go unfinished, and then starts all new ones. This show has gone from brilliant, to good, to ok..now it's mediocre. and by the time the series ends i think it's going to be a disaster. nothing makes sense anymore.
Meredith and Derek are finally together and it sure doesn't seem like it. She's never in bed with him, it's, they don't really talk a lot it seems, and he looks bored of her. They were better as an unofficial couple back at the end of season 4.
Is George still a doctor or what?? Izzie going crazy AGAIN?? Callie is a lesbian that likes to have sex with Mark? The writers dig up the past in halfass ways and fail miserably to deliver. This show sucks now, and i've been watching since the very first episode. Thanks Shonda for letting your show go to shit.

it IS possible that she had a best friend that went to work somewhere on the other side of the country and they never spoke to eachother again, and the crazy doctor is at least something new, if she would've been normal, thát would've really sucked.
and that mer&der are together again doesn't mean they should be in bed together all the time! and callie just made clear she isn't exactly a lesbian, and there does exist something like bisexuality... grey's DOESN'T suck!! if you think so, stop watching okay?

i already hate sadie. arrrrrghhh I've only seen 2 previews and she already makes me wanna puke. i can't see this going anywhere good. cristina and mer are great together and derek already gets too little of her.
we don't need a bazillion new storylines. how about finishing up the old ones first?
grrrr just when i was hoping shonda turned it around...

Ok, maybe they don't NEED to be in bed all the time, that's not exactly what I'm saying. It's just that Mer seems to leave Derek out all the time, I thought that this time around things were going to be different. I know it's drama, and that's what makes the show, but there is a difference in showing good drama and keeping characters lingering in the same place for 2 or 3 seasons.
I see where you're going with the Callie thing, but for it to just drop and pick up that quickly...that's weird. I would love for this show to start doing individual episodes. Where each character gets most of the hour. Focus on each character at a time while stringing along some other storylines. I used to get a feeling for what these guys were thinking/feeling. Now i've lost that completely.
I suppose you're right about the new doc, making her normal would've been boring...that's just it though, they need gimmicks now to make the show "work"? Burke was normal, he worked out perfectly fine. Yes the arm thing can be seen as a gimmick too, but we were already familiar with him, 2 and half seasons of familiar. Unfortunately I can't bring myself to quit watching. I've devoted a lot of time to these characters and leaving without seeing the final resolve would make me no better than shonda herself.

Is it me, or does this show seem to be getting super lost? Nothing seems to be working anymore, everything is way too convoluted, storylines are all over the place. I don't look forward to Thursday nights the way I used to. Now I don't mind if I miss it, it's just not that big a deal anymore.

I actually think this season is really good there have been some amazing scenes from all members of the cast and espescially the guest stars so far. While I'm not a huge fan of MerDer it would be nice for them to have some more screen time along with George (preferably with Izzie). I'm gonna wait before I judge Sadie but i do think that Dr. Dixon is going to be a very interesting character. Plus, for everyone saying this season is so confusing and lost, don't forget we have about another 15-20 episodes to see the story unfold. Plus, i always feel watching greys as a whole season on dvd has been better than watching it week to week.

dr. dixon seems awesome. one of my closest friends is autistic... so this'll be interesting for me.
sadie doesn't jump out at me as someone I completely hate, though she does bother me a bit.
I agree with what everyone's saying about the unfinished storylines. :\

I enjoyed all this previews. What really bothers me most is all the negativity people have towards GA. You people have to remember this episode's don't go at lighting speed. If you pay close enough attention most episodes link to the day before. So during our week, its only been two days at SGH. So all these relationships are working in GA time. And if you did like HAWKJS0911 says above and watch a season on dvd you'd see it more clearly.
As for Sadie, everyone needs to give her time. Let her character reveal itself. She looks to be an exciting add to the cast.
Dr. Dixon as already won my approval. Her storyline looks to add some uniqueness to the show! Bravo Shonda!

The episodes do click from week to week.
And, I agree, it does make more sense when you watch a season on dvd.
as for Sadie. I'm liking her. She's like a breath of fresh air. She's fun and doesn't take things too seriously.

and guys as for the "crazy doctor" she has Aspergers which is a form of Autism, she's not "crazy"

I'm trying to figure out what is going on with the trauma case ??? Looks pretty intense! I'm looking forward to that on Thursday!!
I'm feeling pretty unsure about his Sadie-lady. But I think Cristina may see Der's perspective now (how he's been feeling with her constantly there with Mer) and that should be really interesting to see that unfold and bring a bond between them.
I do really want some MerDer tender moments and/or steam. Shonda, am I gonna have to go back and watch the scene at the prom again?? Maybe for my fix I'll play that every Thursday night after the new epi. Please Shonda, throw us a bone!! :)
As for the testosterone scene with Der, Sloan and Hunt-- hmmm.... fiesty, good, adds drama, good, but a little bit of this will go a long way.... lets move on to developing Hunt's character a bit more and have him mesh in some ways too. Let's not make him too contrary... that didn't work for Hahn a lot of the time. That's just my take, but I am very open and happy to see how it's all going to play out!

WTF? I'm growing so tired of this show. It used to be so groundbreaking, I couldn't get enough of it. But now everything has gone to the shiz.
Firstly, what's w/all the religiousness? In every episode some Bible quote or mention of god is made. Not to mention the show's new found pro-lifer stance. (remember in season 4 with Izzie and the HIV infected pregnant women? "if you want an abortion that's between you and whatever god you believe in". Way to guilt HIV-infected pregnant womem, Shonda!)
And all these storylines. So man ones not stared, so many unfinished and many that make no sense at all. And Mer's new BFF? wtf is this? And now Mer is bi or "half-lesbian" or whatever the show calls their characters? And why in the world is Cristina sleeping in Mer's house, in her bed? Last time I checked, Mer was girlfriended to Derek. Where the freak does he sleep? Infact, where does Christina? WHERE DOES SHE LIVE?
I'm this close to giving up on this show.
